About Us
The Memory Care Coalition of Chicago is a community of organizations, support groups, and healthcare providers, all dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and their caregivers.
As seniors age and face increasing concerns about memory issues, it can be challenging to find reliable resources. Even within our own community of providers, it can be difficult to fully understand all the services which may complement our own work.
The Memory Care Coalition of Chicago was established to collaborate, share resources, and in turn, improve access to comprehensive care options. This often means the education of clinicians and healthcare professionals, as well as the spread of knowledge among seniors and their loved ones.
As information, science, and resources change, the Memory Care Coalition of Chicago members work together to ensure that seniors receive the best quality care and support they need as they face challenges with memory.
